10 Strategies to implement now to attract more joy and love in your life:

1. Read books on the power of loving yourself:  Louise Hay The Power is Within You, Love Yourself, Heal Your Life,  Marianne Williamson’s A Return to Love 

2. Louise Hay’s mirror strategy:  Whenever you look in a mirror, smile and say “I love myself.”  Say it multiple times and many times per day.

3. Theta Healing to remove limiting beliefs and programs from ancestors and your childhood.  We all have them so there is no need to feel embarrassed or ashamed.  The empowering thing is to release them.

4. Tell a friend or family member something you appreciate about them daily. 

5.Write a list of 30 things/ qualities that you love about yourself

6. Start conversations with strangers—a stranger is just a friend whom you have not met.  Practice listening and asking questions about their interests and challenges. 

7. Make time for friendship and love.  Is there time in your life to connect on a deep level with someone?  Have you ever been with someone with whom you felt as though you were the only one who mattered to them.  How did they listen to you?

8.  Can you practice listening without thinking of a reply.    How do you feel when you are with someone who constantly chatters especially about themselves?  Be a good listener by practicing the three magic words:  “Tell me more!”

9. If you feel triggered or upset with someone, this person has just revealed to you and issue in yourself you have not resolved.   Be grateful and discover what you are really upset about. 

10. Move, walk, dance, yoga, sing, listen to music that inspires and uplifts you.
