Your Chakras, Emotions, and DNA -How they Communicate

Diane was in college with me- a year ahead.  She married her high school sweetheart.  Later in life, she developed severe back pain.  At first, I assumed that it was related to the death of her middle son in a motorcycle accident, as she was hanging on to grief. I attempted to help, but she was not open.  I later learned from a renowned chiropractor that in women back pain is a sign of stress with an intimate partner.  Diane and her partner were stressed in their relationship.  She died 10 years ago at the age of 66 of heart issues.  The heart also carries trapped emotions on the ability to give, receive, and feel worthy of love. 

A friend recently told me she was working on herself, but that she wasn’t seeing much change. Now, what is the key to continuous growth and change?

Yes, it is working on yourself and it is forming small, transformative habits and practices that can make all the difference.

It is my perspective that having some regular motivation and support are crucial.  It is crucial to maintaining discipline.  Sometimes when you leave big events, you are motivated for a few weeks, then life distractions get in our way.  Allow Regrouping and Reinforcing to sustain and motivate you.

repetitive daily habits that make all the difference.

A chakra is just an invisible spinning ball of energy centered in your body.  They say we have at least 7.  When these energy balls become misaligned, we often experience disease. Each center is associated with specific organs and emotions.
