Losing or Releasing weight is something that we usually can do? Is this a struggle for you? In fact, I don’t call it weight loss… because you can gain it back.
I call it “releasing weight”. Releasing it doesn’t imply it could come back. Now, maybe you’re in a place where you don’t need to release weight at all but you ARE interested in getting healthier, or getting off certain medications, having more energy or maybe learning how to avoid arthritis or even a joint replacement this year. Perhaps you blame your genetics that your family might be prone to… I don’t know.

Since then, I’ve studied and studied other natural healing alternatives including – getting rid of parasites in your body (That photo above is a reminder that most of us have an unhealthy balance of microbes in our body). Have you ever taken an antibiotic or unknowingly eaten some contaminated food. I certainly have!
I also am an expert in releasing limiting beliefs, which the conscious mind has no awareness of. I know right away if you have a liming belief through muscle testing. Limiting beliefs about our body are many, but a few might be: My body is out of shape; my body is sabotaging me; I am unworthy of optimal health, releasing weight is difficult, it is not safe to skip meals; I need to store weight for lean times.
I was stuck in the cycle of weight gain and the above issues too. It took me about 20 years to realize all the factors that could empower me with my body and my beliefs. The fact is that there is more you don’t know about your body and your health than you DO know… The transition to health can take you a lot less time now. Maybe you want to hide your head in the sand about what’s going on with you or worst yet, what COULD happen? But, is that really a good idea??
